ESSENCE GRASSE, DIKKE FRANSE OLIE 25 ML
Schjerning
Omschrijving
The french thick oil is actually concentrated turpentine. It offers the perfect
consistency for the traditional decor technique.
This essence is oily and allows the brush to slide easily on the porcelain.
This therefore results in a perfectly uniform application, without irregularity with
brush or sponge for the technique of pounding.
The french thick oil is preferably used as a binder for the preparation of colours which must be quick to dry,
particularly if you would like to apply several layers without intermediate burning. However,
the french thick oil reveals so much intensity from the colours that you may not find
it necessary to apply a second coat.
If you want to make the mixture more fluid, you can dilute with turpentine.
Carefully put the mixture drop by drop with a dropper or glass pipette bottle.
Perform a test on an unimportant surface before proceeding to completion.
Do not make your mix too oile because if you put too much in your mixture,
blisters would appear!
Clean your equipment with turpentine and then with soapy water.
This medium can be used with lead or unleaded Schjerning colours.
