RCP HULPMEDIUM WIPE OUT 102, 30 ML

The RCP mediums (Royal Copenhagen Porcelain), for the preparation of your colours with or without lead,

have an aqueous base and contain a mixture of alcohols. The 3 RCP mediums

can be diluted with water.

The medium RCP 102 has the particularity of being non-drying. It is therefore

particularly appreciated for the technique of the wipe-out or american technique or

in the framework of achievements which must not dry quickly. For this technique we also

use wipe-out tools (thin or large). It is not necessary to use an oil or any drying retarder.

Like other mediums, it should be used little by little: avoid putting too much at once

not to get a too diluted colour and a mxiture that would be too liquid for your work.

Use a dropper or glass pipette to dose the amount of medium.

Shake your bottle well enough before using it. This medium can be used with lead

or lead-free Schjerning colours. Be careful during the application. If blows or dust were

to get in contact with the painting, they would be incorporated in the realization or even

erase your work! This medium dries slowly and it is important to preserve the item

from any damage during the entire drying time.
