Red earthenware for 3D printing

The popular PF, traditional red earthenware, adapted for 3D printing.  It is a high quality and polyvalent clay, very popular for its fineness and plasticity. Its coefficients of thermal expansion are ideal for standard pottery glazes, in both single and twice firing processes. Available in extruded body with the ideal humidity for 3D printing. Presented in a practical cylindrical format with double packaging.

Firing range: 970-1055ºC

Water content (throwing): 25%

Plasticity (IP Atterberg): 17

Carbonate content (CaCO3): 10%

Drying shrinkage: ≈7%

Firing shrinkage (1000ºC): 0.6%

Porosity (water absorption at 1000ºC): 13.5%

Dry bending strength: 6.6 N/mm2

Fired bending strength (1000ºC): 27.9 N/mm2

Thermal coefficient (25-500ºC): 77.7x10^-7ºC^-1
