Universal oil 168 is used for the application of Schjerning pigments with or without lead.

once you mixed it in a carefully dosed amount (using the dropper), you will get a

mixture with a drying time of about 3 hours.

This type of medium is used for portraits as well as for the american technique.

Take the necessary precautions during application so that no dust or material would be in

contact with the paint. Remember that this medium dries very very slowly and any blow

or dust will be incorporated into the realization!

Clean your tools with Schjerning turpentine and then with soap and water.

This medium can be used with Schjerning lead or lead-free colours.
